Big hype, little substance

While the hotel promises a fantastic experience, the reality falls short. Numerous cleanliness issues plagued our stay, and the breakfast was far from satisfactory. We faced rude interactions with staff and unresolved maintenance problems. The spacious rooms were a plus, yet the ambiance did not live up to expectations.

We booked a king studio suite and it had everything we needed. The room came with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plus, there was a nice seating area and even a sofa bed. Breakfast was a highlight, with options like fresh fruit and hot items. Also, the heated pool made for an enjoyable swim!

The family-oriented amenities were great, but the rooms needed better cleaning.

The Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds was spacious! Loved that it had a full-size fridge and all the kitchen utensils. The fridge even had a freezer for ice packs! However, the sheets were dirty on arrival, and the coffee machine wasn’t clean either. Otherwise, the room was nice and the layout worked well for all of us.

I found it super convenient to stroll over to the St Augustine Foot Soldiers Monument just a few steps away. Being able to walk to enjoy the nearby parks made my stay truly delightful. the clean room and helpful staff really enhanced my experience in this charming city.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service

My recent stay was delightful! The Queen Studio was spacious and incredibly clean. Adrienne and her team went above and beyond, addressing our needs promptly. Make sure to visit the nearby restaurants for great dining options. Ideal for families or groups looking for comfort!

The breakfast bar staff hustled like champs, keeping the coffee flowing and bacon sizzling for all us hungry folks. The room was clean, and kudos to the location—right by some solid local eats like Ruby Tuesday and Starbucks for a pick-me-up.

On the flip side, charging me multiple times for my stay really put a dent in my wallet. Plus, trying to get some help was like chasing shadows. no one seemed to know what was going on.

Family should think twice

The hotel looked nice,, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of storage in the rooms. The front desk staff did their best to help, but it felt like they were always stretched too thin.

It wasn’t cheap,, but still acceptable given the condition.
